Stua Noa is the fine dining restaurant of Hotel Concordia in Livigno. Its name has deep roots in the Livigno dialect: the stua was the only heated room in traditional high-altitude farmers’ homes. It is from this memory of warmth and belonging that Chef Andrea Fugnanesi’s culinary vision was born: a fine dining experience that embraces elegance while, above all, making guests feel comfortable. A place where they feel welcomed, pampered, and at home — in a refined setting that does not intimidate, but embraces.
With only five tables, Stua Noa offers an intimate and sophisticated experience, where gastronomic tradition meets creativity.

At STUA NOA Fine Dining, with only five tables, guests experience an intimate and theatrical journey, where every gesture becomes a touch of originality.
The menu changes twice a year, following the rhythm of the Alpine seasons. Each new edition pushes the boundaries of culinary research a little further, while never losing the connection that links every dish to the place where it is created.

Chef Andrea Fugnanesi’s cuisine is born from the encounter between different geographies that are in constant dialogue: the Alps, with their rich heritage of flavours and ingredients; Umbria, his land of origin, with its traditional art of charcuterie; and finally, the world — the influences absorbed through years of research, travels, and encounters with distant culinary cultures that have refined his technique and sensitivity, without ever replacing his identity.
