Andrea Fugnanesi

Andrea Fugnanesi, born in 1995, loves to describe his cuisine as "essential", highlighting his deep respect for the product, from its initial processing to the final presentation on the plate.


After participating in Top Chef Italia, his popularity as a chef grew exponentially and allowed him to gain significant experience both in Italy and abroad, seeing him also engaged in the kitchens of important Valtellina hotels, such as the Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi in Bormio and the Grand Hotel della Posta in Sondrio.


In Livigno, STUA NOA Fine Dining represents the natural evolution of his continuous search for raw materials, coming from all over the world but which blend perfectly with the Valtellina territory: once again, a combination of tradition and innovation that creates memorable and unconventional culinary experiences.
